My Love's Love Poem by Niealie Petit

Like Love's eternal flame burns so bright,
I dare not see my Love's love tonight.
Like starry night and purple haze, clouds confine
me in their gaze-I am blinded and
continually reminded that Love's kiss, Love's touch,
Love's undeniable rush eludes me this night. And,
I shall not partake in its delight.
And, I shall remain with love's unquenched pangs.
For I dare not see my Love's love tonight.
