My Love Poem by Sheikh Ahmed Tijan Bah

This is a poem about my love, my very beautiful love, not much to say just read the poem and you'll know everything about my love and our relation ship... PEACE <3 :)


They say I have a problem and I need help
I tell them not to worry, my heart should swell
It has to expand, because that's where my love dwells
And I have to make space for you too, my love is not jealous
She tells me to love you like I love me, and you know I am an egotist
But I don't mind, because then she tells me, I will live in bliss
She does have a problem when I stare though
So I lower my gaze; I don't want to hurt her any day
She wants me to remain in shape so she tells me to work out 5 times a day
I want to wait till later but she said to use the sunshine to make hay
I am not promised to grow grey,
So she tells me to do it every day like I have no more days
At the right place, at the right time, it pays 27times more she says
So I know she loves me too and my heart won't get broken up
So in turn I take a month every year to clean it up
It's called 'WERRI KORR",
And when it's over, my heart shines like "ORR" (Gold)
She says if I give more I get more
So I work every year and give 2.5 per cent to the poor
That's why after dinner I don't take a dessert
She tells me for once in my life let me travel to the desert
But only when I have the health and the wealth, she asserts
She tells me to remember, to remember the lord
She said if I mention him he mentions me
So I wondered what to say to get to Him
It's simple, same thing I said to woo her
You can use too, if you haven't yet, you should use it too
It's just one statement in two
It's also called the "KALIMA"
"LAILAHA ILALAHU, MUHAMMADUN RASULULAHI"
That's the first you need to be in love with her
She has being perfected, by the creator of you and me
She is the true one; she is the only one
I guess you know by now who my love is
She is beautiful
She is complete
She is ISLAM
Her name stems from peace...
