My Little One

My hands would break to care for you,
little one, my precious one.
There's nothing I wouldn't do,
to show just how I love you.
Little one, my little one.
```````````````````````
My back would bend to carry you,
little one, my precious one.
You're first, last and always too,
nothing could my love subdue.
Little one, my little one.
``````````````````````
My love for you will not depart,
little one, my precious one.
My hearts been yours from the start,
when your first cry pierced my heart.
Little one, my little one.
`````````````````
Seldom a love will e'er compare,
little one, my precious one.
Same love when gray's in your hair,
look you'll find my heart still there.
Little one, my little one.
