My Life Poem by Lu Vernezze

My Life

Open every door
Let my guards down
Now i'm free
I've got feelings deep inside
I never knew i had

You're my whisper
Your'e my cry
You're every feeling deep inside
You're my anger
You're my fear
You're my love, my heart, my dear
My life

I can sense a tingle down my spine
A sharpened taste of deep red wine
Cos what's the sense of being free
If you're not there to share with me

Every laugh and every cry
A thoughtful word
All truth, no lie
For you're forever in my heart
and that is all that matters

The end

you used the second possesive modifier instead of the conjugated form of you are: 'you're'. i wouldn't have pointed it out except that it is such a big part of your poem.. foster
