it's my life
and not even a very good one
but I laugh
oh yes I do laugh
just throw my head back and laugh
for no reason
I'm laughing

and I'm dreaming
and hoping
and just being me
and nobody can bring me down
because I know
that i'll make a difference someday
I know that I'll make it out
out of this hell
so I laugh
