tonight as i prepare to go to sleep, , , ,
i lay in my bed and thinkin of the day that has been, , ,
contemplatin on evrythin that has been happenning, , ,
tryin to deny from myself what i truly feel right now, , ,
and writing is what i know best to hide from it all, , ,
i'm tryin to avoid the tears that want to flow from my eyes, , ,
avoidin the pain that wants to occupy my heart, , my mind, , ,
a feelin that i am so scared to usher in my vein, ,

how long can i hide, , how long can i pretend, , ,
i keep telling myself i'm alright, , , it will be alright, , ,
and as i run away from all the pain i'm feeling right now, , ,
and as i hide from the pain that is trying to conquer my heart, ,
i take refuge with my pen and my thoughts and wander, , , ,
as i close my eyes, , feel the quietness of the night, , , ,
my mind afloats so freely in the calmness of in my room, , ,
and my thoughts flow in the stillness of my of the dark night, , ,

and as the deepest corner of my heart is opening, , ,
all my hidden thoughts, , , , all my undeclared desires, , ,
all come out rushing, , , one by one, they all wanna be heard, , ,
and my pen and my thoughts, , both act as one, , , move as one, , ,
freely, , flowing, , aimlessly, , , all these words, , , all these thoughts, , ,
the freedom i am so feeling right now, , , so peaceful, , , ,
i dont ever want this solace to ever leave my mind, , my heart, ,
with my pen, , with my thouhgts, , i found my sanctuary, , ,

right now that i am in so much pain, , ,
i run to my sanctuary, , my pen, , my thoughts, , ,
how i found the peace that i'm seeking, , ,
in the quietness of my loneliness, , ,
the strike of my pen in my notes, , ,
seem music, , melodies, that play so sweetly, ,
in my ears, , , in my heart, , , , in my soul, , ,
and there i found, , , my sanctuary, , ,
