My Habit (Humor) Poem by R.K. Cowles

My Habit (Humor)

I happen to possess this habit
A habit, I fancy to share
with all of you this evening
This habit, I'd like to share is difficult
to present sense of
I'll have difficulties in interpetating this habit
No, this habit has nothing to do with
stating habit in every line I speak
Where do I begin with the explanation
of this habit?
I'm sorry, but I can't recollect this habit
I appologize to all of you whom anticipated
the confession of this habit of mine
But, I have a habit of forgetting
But, when I refresh my memory of this habit
I will expose to you this habit of mine
Until then, this habit will be concealed from all of you
Seriously I have a habit
I had the intentions to reveal this habit
If only, I didn't have the habit of forgetting
Maybe you'd have known this habit of mine
Until then you'll have to speculate
what this habit might be
