I wanna talk to you,
But I'm afraid of what you'll say,
There might be a price to pay,
But I'd do it for you

I wanna be close to you,
And let the nightmares go away,
So please just stay,
I'll never need another thing,
As long as you never leave

Your feelings for me are gone,
But mine will never leave,
As long as you're gone,
I can't help but grieve

If things were back to normal,
I would be happy again,
The fake smile aches my face,
The laugh my chest,
I just wanna cry,
Wishing you were by my side

Without you I have nothing to gain,
And all I've got,
Is this dang pain,
And some reminders with it
