My Dying Breath Poem by jason medina

My Dying Breath

I give this day my dying breath
My most heartfelt cry
and nothing less
All I have done was make my life a mess
I have failed to put my shamefull deeds to rest
Now I give this day my dying breath

I have failed to overcome
This tragedy I have become
The world can not know what I have done

But tonight I put the monster to rest
I give this day my dying breath.
