My Dorothy, My Darling Poem by Royston Allen

My Dorothy, My Darling

My Dorothy, My darling, the love of my life
My lover, my sweetheart and my wonderful wife
More than fifty years my love has blossomed and grown
And she's the most wonderful woman I have known.

There will never be another woman for me
For no one else can compare with my Dorothy
My soul mate and girlfriend throughout those many years
Walking with me through times of joy and times of tears.
