How well you have played your part
Comforting my broken heart
So cautiously putting the pieces together again
Not as they were
But with the skill of an artist
Making me feel more lovely
Giving but asking nothing in return
Daily revealing more inner beauty
When I had all but forgotten it could exist in any man
Bringing to me new joy and trust
New safety in your arms
Igniting forgotten pleasure with each touch
Delivering wave after wave of bliss to all parts of me
Always leaving me more complete than before
