My Clouds Poem by Vera Sidhwa

My Clouds

Those clouds I knew,
They knew me too,
For once I flew a kite,
Of the greatest height.
And the clouds laughed
And giggled,
As the kite string tickled,
Them on their sunny edges.
Those clouds I knew,
They knew me too,
For once I flew a plane,
Of the greatest height.
On the clouds so bright and bright,
Because the plane went through them
Those clouds I knew,
They knew me too.

Are you sure they are the same clouds? They keep moving don't they, like water under the bridge. But the imagery and the imagination behind is fascinating. I like it. Mohabeer Beeharry
