My Best Friends Poem by Elizabeth Walker

My Best Friends

Paranoia and jealousy will get you nowhere
These are my friends don’t even go there
Sorry your social life isn’t a glass half full
Doesn’t give you the right to stampede mine like a bull
through thick and thin rain or shine
they get me through anything these friends of mine
ill stand for them like they’ve stood for me
keep pressing my buttons wait and see
I hope you got friends that love you like mine
Im in good shape ill be just fine
