Music And The Senses (Sight) Poem by George Bernard Hough

Music And The Senses (Sight)

I can`t see the sun but I feel its heat.
Nor the gambolling lamb, but I hear its bleat.
My loved ones faces bring a sigh
forever young in my minds eye.
The world and friends I once could see,
Forever stay the same for me.
Music still transcends my mind
Even though my eyes are blind
The orchestra pictured all around
as I wallow in that heavenly sound.
