Moving On Poem by Kristen Otto

I can't seem to grasp the understanding of it all
It seems that everytime i turn around
Another person leaves me
Feeling lonely
Not wanting to lose another loved one

Not wanting to face the facts
Yes again someone i hold close to me
You have to go i understand
Just dont forget me

Im going to let you go
I understand you dont want to leave me but must
I wish you the best and my love will follow right behind you
Like a blanket in the wind it will surround you

Two others have left me behind
We still keep in touch
I want the same for us
Think of me when you look over that ocean
Dont forget what we had

I will shed some tears over you
But i will let you go on with your life
Hopefully we will be together again soon
I'm strong though and i hope you are too

Good Bye, but hopefully not for too long.
