Movie Poem by Jacob macharia

Movie

Rating: 4.5

I wanted to write a movie,
That will carry all my memoirs,
Deep down my tribulations,
Sending forth my experiences,
Way back from my first heart beat skip,
You bearing the fortune cup.

The first sight seemed ample,
To give me that accredited sample,
Of your admirable and unique dimple,
That though so strong as I could table,
The second appearance made my stomach tumble.

That inbuilt affection that made my heart shingle,
Never giving room for more tempting mingles,
Time and time again sharing our past while we were each single,
Swearing that nothing, hell or heaven, could dismantle,
The hard gotten of all life's ripples.

That movie that will have various scenes,
Those tear draining unintentional crimes,
That made your caring heart treble,
But the therein attached love couldn't allow,
Me to just slip away in between your fingers.

Of those episodes that seemingly dulled,
Our hard earned yearns that lured,
Every itty bitty of our ran errands,
That entangled our feelings and attached,
The unknown future to a sweet end.

But I could hardly fathom,
Any of either sensational or tentative way to conform,
Your lovable being into my queer love brim,
Which would give this movie an untold aim,
To whoever bowed to my shared doom.

That movie which generation after generation,
Would help create cherishable connection,
To those souls who've struggled through inspection,
Never feeling any sort of rejection,
From the thee thought as best selection,
But with time they were proven to be ill driven.
