Move Along Poem by Brysha Mull

I've got nothing to prove,
To anyone including you.
I won' explain a detail,
About anything I do.
Im so sick of trying,
To explain the way I feel.
You won't listen anyway,
It's not a real big deal.
I'm so used to silence,
I will smile while tears well inside.
Even though you said,
There's nothing I should have to hide.
I'll never have you back,
But don't worry because I won't try,
So just move along,
And don't ask me why.
I'm a little numb,
But I guess that I'm okay.
I don't need you advice,
There's nothing you can say.
I guess I will be strong,
And hold on to what I've known.
I know that life goes on,
And I'll be fine out on my own.
