I play it cool
I dig all jive
That's the reason
I stay alive
My motto
As I live and learn
Is dig and be dug in return
when you find yourself in a low point in your life do not let it consume you, rise against is, Rise above it and continue living.

This is one of my all time favourite poems - it is short but full of good intent and wise words - Martin Luther King Jr would have been impressed by this - as it encapsulates the universality of humanity and the importance of reciprocity and character.
