Motionless Poem by Teresa Dearing

Motionless

Rating: 3.7

The Heavenly sky
Embraces the silky sea,
The dancing firelight
Shadows you and me,

Resting motionless…

Twinkling stars above
Embrace the velvet night,
Disruptions of the world
Erraced by this sight,

Resting motionless…

All to soon reality
Embraces you and me,
Intruding on our world,
Drowning out the sea,

Resting motionless.

How lovely it was to
Embrace the peace
The sky, the sea, the fire,
Worldly cares released.

Just you and me~motionless....
