Mother Enjoyed Her 100th Birthday Parties:

Mother enjoyed her 100th birthday parties
On December third this year as we
Gathered as visitors at Winter Growth
Assisted Living Center with Joshua Jeshua
Christos Leroy his girlfriends the boys and
Me -attendees from guess lists from books
Of life sharing imagination's seed and stone
Despite faces with names that standalone
Hanging by cliffs fearful of seism and peril

We attended to her ambulatory chair with
Her sitting in it full of that virtue that came
To evidence within her visions one can see
Before we knew why her hands clasped at
The cleft with pointy fingers at her mouth
Her eyes half shut in absolute awareness
Demented but still in touch with goodness
In immortal imagination no disgrace in it

Cousins and nieces watch her awakening
Then in the animation and conversation with
Her 96-year-old sister sitting next to her -it
Tried them all to want to see to read transcripts
And enjoy commemoration of parental voices
Shared and forgotten in the joy of memory
Imagination takes timeout to further review
The dismissal and transient use of verbs

Nouns displaced impersonal and whatsoever
Shares in a mother's charity fulfills goodness
By imaginations' spiritual gifts of strength in
The majesty that hardness turns into reality
Wombs of water expectance and patience
Share the goodness in all mothers' births
We see expecting awareness on mothers
Faces we hear to gain faith and evidence

Each time maturing minds encounter a wind
Of hesitation the flip to curve the pitch per
Chance to miss the zone then disassociate
That idiomatic phrenic ugliness that plays
Renaissance games desperate for chance
Imagination is how we learned and how
We maladjusted - for then return to mothers
For the good of peace and good of grace.
