Mother And Nature Poem by Pranab K Chakraborty

Mother And Nature

violent stormy rain
spattering madly
on surrounding faces
rooms walls roofs
trees tavern tiptoes

bossy summer
burns everything
everywhere
with its heat and hotty smile

rain cracks the folder
to unfold legacy
of watery supremacy

as nature brings rain
to earth
just reminds me
childhood feverish days
sitting near head
mother constantly
putting on my forehead
patch of wet cloth
sprinkled with water
to remit temperature high!

the last stanza is picturesque, lovely...and enjoyed..
