Mother Poem by Jane Roberts

Mother

Rating: 4.3

Her baby voice is loud and free.
She shouts with joy, anger and interest.

I don't like to make so much noise,
But when I do, I do it with the same heart
I was born with.

Gnomically simple - like Emily Dickinson.
