More Of The Different Poem by John deVries

More Of The Different

To find delight while dancing
I found to my surprise
I found you quite entrancing
With smiling Australian eyes

It was more than I hoped dear Jill
When going out to dance
To find someone not run-of-the-mill
I'm glad I took the chance!

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
Well, dancing again. I utterly no longer know who this woman was, so just her first name is not at all an identifying clue even if you add the Australian bit. Likewise, I don't have a clue when it occurred and under what circumstances. It's something short that ends up with happy dancing. It shows me as being less brave than usual.
