Moon Poem by Bernard Jess Sagpang

Moon

Come, Let me be your moon

In the lonely cold night

The one you can look upon

I will not hide from the mountains

I will slip through the clouds

To let you know my presence

That you may find a confidant

Amidst all turbulence

In the deserts of silence

I am a listening ear

So come, let me be your moon

And shed your tears and fears

Away!
