Monsoons Poem by Hardik Vaidya

Monsoons

It has been raining love
Torrential and tropical love.
Amorous memories cloud,
Otherwise blue expressionless canvass
Of my white washed mind,
Enjoying the wash of fresh paint,
Yellow, red, pink, orange
All shades of love dropping and dripping
Off the minds parapet,
Wet, wearing a rain coat
I stand desperately
Trying to keep dry
Untouched, drenched and drowned
In torrential and tropical
Love.
