Monkey Caught A Little Mouse Poem by NHIEN NGUYEN MD

This afternoon is beautiful with a lot of sunshine.
Five happy kittens decide to go hunting.
With a large house yard, they have plenty of space for hunting.
They explore directions after getting out, over the pool fence.
Happily, they run, they rest, they hide in flower beds,
They follow each other to patrol the yard.
They patrol along evergreen hedges.
Sometimes they stop hunting to climb these evergreen trees for fun
After playing, they resume their hunting.
Monkey is successful in hunting so she returns home.
She runs home with a little mouse dangling in her mouth.
The rest of the litter decide to run after her.
Monkey plays hide and seek and a sudden catch
To improve her hunting skill for her future use.
Monkey is the youngest of the cat litter
She is now old enough to guard the house and to hunt mouse.
It will take her another month that she will no longer be a kitten.

MONKEY BẮT ĐƯỢC CHUỘT CON


Chiều nay nhiều nắng, đẹp trời
Năm con mèo nhỏ vui đời, đi săn.
Vườn nhà rộng rãi, thêng thang
Rủ nhau săn chuột, chúng ra khỏi rào.
Tung tăng, chúng chạy, chúng nằm
Vườn hoa chúng nấp, đi tuần theo nhau.
Men theo địa ốc rào cây
Đôi khi chúng lại nghỉ săn, leo trèo.
Chơi xong, chúng lại săn thêm
Thàng công mỹ mãn, Monkey trở về.
Chuột con ngoạm miệng, mang về
Thế là cả lũ đồng tình đuổi theo.
Monkey chơi nấp, vồ mồi
Học thêm kinh nghiệm để rồi dùng sau.
Monkey con út trong đàn
Mèo này đủ lớn giữ nhà, kiếm ăn.
Chỉ một tháng nữa qua mau
Mèo vừa một tuổi, hết là mèo con.
