Monday Alone Poem by Marilyn Jean

Monday Alone

Rating: 5.0

Why would I lie, here
The day was a dead stone
Heavy and cold throughout
Why do I hide behind a screen
When this would quit me
It was a torment all along
A Monday alone is misery
And today it was on me
I was prepared for a fight
But the beast had no heart
So near the end left me hopeless
This can happened and it did

The day was heavy and cold out of emotion. A Monday was alone a misery. This brings sorrow but happiness floats finding love in day. Amazing sharing! ...10
