Moan Poem by Anil Kumar Panda

Moan

In the long night,
When the remorseless stars
Poke their silver spikes into
The mind cloyed with vile thoughts,
About our sojourn into passionate hours,
When your legs get entwined with
Mine creeper like, and nipples make
Deep indention on my chest, and inviting
Eyes play truants to my lusty moans;
Razed moon looks askance at the play
And sheds cover of yellowish sheet
Lest the envious owl would wake up
The world with its ominous hoots;
As the silence absorbs the sound of
Hushed breathing limbs feel swollen;
You crush me under your soft weight
And soak me with dew riling down
From your armpits; I sleep in the fragrance
Oozing from your nape as you bow down
To have me full till shadows make portraits
Of immortal lovers on the smooth bed of the lawn.
