Mistakenly Breathtaken Poem by Tajma Hall

Mistakenly Breathtaken

a ray at night
call me
I am the one
entice no shimmering hope
with laughter
light crack
peering over a leaf
dependency rampages
that leaf
desperate actions
accuse the one
shadow of trees
fall a ray
placed in a realm
darkness set a backdrop
that hope sparkles more
.clearly.
