Missing You Poem by Rick Elpers

Missing You

I miss you
I miss your laughter
I miss your eyes
I miss your beauty
I miss your voice
I miss the color of your hair
I miss your words
Of compassion
Of intellegence
Of humor
Of delight
Of your day
And how it's been
I miss those three words
That used to melt my heart
I miss the fantasy
of a future we couldn't possibly have
And now certainly won't
I miss calling you
My dear
My love
My sweetheart
My honeypie
My best friend

Simple words but echoed by many I imagine. - a good write.
