Miserly Spirit Poem by Unintelligible Susurration

Miserly Spirit

Gaudy she glides across the room
With every boy bowing
At her feet.

All except one.

She saunters over.
'Why do you not worship me?
I am the most beautiful girl on Earth! '

'I can see through you.
You may be divine physically.
However underneath lies
A selfish, miserly spirit.'
