Mirror World Poem by Mayank Mehta

Mirror World

Everyone run to mirror to check their face,
Is it dull or shinning in grace,
Many sit for hours in some case,
Some if late, getup in pace.

Once I sat in front of it,
I got myself on it fit,
Image copied my actions, so I wanted to hit,
Then something made my mind lit.

A slab important to science,
Creates image with light’s line,
It is fragile, not tough like pines,
Today’s world in it would be like rhymes.

The sun would rise from west,
The cuckoo would build its nest,
The dull pupils would become best,
Then they could easily top any test.

Left handers would write with right,
Moon would rise in day and sun at night,
Sound would be then faster than light,
Man would reach Charon with his might.

The world would be corruption free,
Each and everyone would plant a tree,
Shells would sell pearls of happiness in sea,
Evil less world will purify thee.

Everyone would live in brotherhood,
Hearts pure as during their childhood,
And full of innocence of Red Riding hood,
The changes would flourish during their adulthood.

For his torn shoe, man on his own must mend,
To change the world, hard work is must to spend,
My imagination has no end,
I need to reach a party of a friend.
