Mirror Mirror On The Wall Poem by Helena Alvarez

Mirror Mirror On The Wall

Rating: 4.2

Mirror Mirror
On the wall
I’m telling you my secrets
Once and for all

I really want you to see
The other side of me
Not my appearance
Somewhere behind the looks

I want you to know
That you know how I feel
You show me my expression
Everything is true
You never lie
Like most people do

Mirror Mirror
On the wall
I have no secrets
Because you know them all

No pretensions at all, direct and very honest poem! And classic too! A 10.

yes the real connotation behind this mirror is Truth revealed, , , nothing is there which could be hidden before it...so well said and poetically too.....

Remember that though the mirror knows all you secrets, it will never divulge them to anyone. Well written.
