Minority Poem by Josh Ream

Minority

Everyday he is scared
to face what the world has in store
At least once, he will get pushed,
get called a racial slur.
Someone won't hold the door for him,
but he will hold it for them
because he is scared
to face what the world has in store

Too bad and too sad, but it happens everywhere!
