The human body is an exquisite creation
Most people are abusing it without a question.
However, our mind & body is connected, cannot separate,
What we think & say takes as it is & do not complicate,
The law is built into us, we are what we ate.

What is in the mind reflects our way of living,
Look around & see clearly, what is in your feeling,
If you do not like the happenings,
Learn more how to change your life goings,
Which is the only way to upliftings.

If you have in mind anger, hatred, judgement, envy or similar,
All goes back into your own body
And your life will be a pit of tar.
So, watch out and change your ways,
If you want a better life, and better days.

These are the last days for many,
When we edit each other and choose the company.
Everything is up to our free will,
Choose what you wish in mind and body to refill,
It is not too late yet to add some new skill.
