Mighty Thing

Ocean eyes, take a deep dive,
Sensitivity
Like the waters of the world were
You and me
And we would tie the distance tight, with a string
To feel a pulse streaming in,
Like a tsunami wave
Of something wonderful
Just like that sunny day,
But suddenly it came, too fast,
And washed you astray
So the world we're in
Got reversed to shore
Without you
Happiness, is quite like a burn
Yes, you were the
Mighty thing that I was living for.
