Played the light before bright
Pain belonged in that room
To prick till no more bright

Unwanted word who said
Unwilling hope who wished
Unaffected love who said
Unbroken hurt who wished

The one who was here
The one whose Love was here
The one who is here
The one whose Pain is here

Love songs ain't any so gloomy
When the tears flooded that night
Love poems ain't any so gloomy
Because the tears fell down tonight
