Walking down the memory lane
I was surrounded by the moments you gave.
Looking through the years that went by
All I know that you were a friend of mine.
Fighting with the worse I had lost my faith
You stood me up, changing my fate.
Little did I know how blessed i am
Having, you, with me is the best gift I have.
Lies and fights and problems beside
We never grew apart leaving egos aside.
Mature were you to sort the things straight
Or I would had cut the strings with no wait.
Thank you for making me smile always,
Promise I will be there with you in all ways.
It's the beginning of a year again
Still we will be together like the same.
So stupid I was for not letting you know
That I like you just like before.
Sipping down a cup of coffee and brew
Bringing up a smile is the least I can do!
