Mi Casa Poem by John kago

Mi Casa

It's odd he never asked for more
since he moved into this humble room
white plain ceiling
for all the times he lost himself
four blue walls
here Frost and Wilde had a home
a space to heal
however bloodied, broken by life's swings at dusk
dawn finds him resolute, unyielding
a chair, a bed, Author's round table
yes, in this castle slept a king
once upon a time in 2013.
