Merry Christmas My Love 2 - Poem by Michael P. McParland
Merry Christmas my true love and only one
how I wish you were here to enjoy
this Christmas eve with me and then
tomorrow on Christmas such a warm and loving day.
A day spent in each others arms
with big smiles as we basked in the glow of
each others true tender, kind, and caring love.
Merry Christmas sweet dear and God bless your heart
so wonderful and beautiful in every way.
I love you my sweet one you are my everything.
Merry Christmas my sweet one and how I wish
you would be here tomorrow to have and hold.
To get up so early for kisses and then presents a plenty,
I would shower you in gifts and my love
not letting up one bit through the day
or any other sweet one.
A Merry Christmas with my beautiful Kira
is everything I want and wish I could have.
Merry Christmas my one I love you so much.
Merry Christmas my love and as the day went along
we would enjoy each others company and all
the new things that we had received,
to share myself and everything that I have with you
is something I so very want to have and to do.
Merry Christmas to you my sweet one
and may we have next year to be together in joy.
Merry Christmas my love and later that day
the most wonderful meal.
It will be ham and how I would love to cook it for you,
no glaze though my dear Angel because it ruins it all.
A time to sit with you and the kids smiling,
laughing, and filled with the greatest fulfillment and joy.
Merry Christmas sweet Kira I wish I were with you
to just kiss and hold through it all.
A truly very Merry Christmas to you
and bask in the glow of the loving warmth that I send,
feel me beside you saying it is alright as I hold you,
we will have our time I promise.
I'll never give up on you my beautiful Kira.
Have a very Merry Christmas my dear
and remember I am always here.
I love you sweet darling and I am your Michael
right beside you forever and never parting.
