Men Must Be Poetic Poem by Serena Silenced

Lolz! ! ! ! ! Okay, okay! ! ! I did not include the quote by W.H. Auden that inspired me to write this poem. “Poetry might be defined as the clear expression of mixed feelings.” I think men have mixed feelings when it comes to relationships and caring for their children. Atleast that has been MY experience. My ex - husband somehow found it easy to walk away and not even call or write for sometimes periods of up to three years without asking how the kids were. And I am aware I am not the only woman to experience this phenomena. When the relationship doesn't go their way it is amazing to see what was once love turn to hate- to watch how easy it is for them to turn their backs on their kids and not look back. And that third year- I called him to offer to terminate his parental rights. But that was my reasoning Khairul Ahsan. And I will consede that not all men are like this. And also that there are some women guilty of this as well. Glad to see I shook you up though. :)

Why men are pathetic? How does being poetic matter for doing or not doing the activities of men that you mentioned in the poem? I am really not clear!
