Sometimes there are moments
Just very briefly
I just miss you
very quickly
As a passing
Sheep cloud
A memory
Glides past

Then I smell
Or I see something
Of our time together
There comes a memory
In my head of you and me
And I am thinking
And I wondering
Why

The time passes quickly
It has been long ago
Of you and me
But sometimes, just sometimes
I suddenly feel that sting
And I think
How can it be
And then it is just as quickly
Already gone

Time heals all wounds
And so this too
It was meant to be
Everything happens for a reason
Sometimes, just sometimes
I wonder
Are you feeling this too?
To immediately think
I think not
What a pity really
