Memories True
What was once will never be
Time has taken that away from me
Life has moved forward true
Now I am lost without you
Changes everyday
I cannot find the will to stay
Moments are gone
Memories are all that last
I had my chance
And that chance has past
Hold on tight to what can be
Because someday it may be
A part of history and
No longer will you see
Forever gone and just a memory

Past is full of memories. Some are sweet and some are painful. But we have to build up future taking it is a building block. Well written.
