Melody Poem by robyn nathan

Melody

You want her to recreate herself in the other realm

She only lives here

Weaving in and out of the trees

The water

The mountains

Listening to the silent voice

She will weave the words she hears into the melody that fits her existence

Platypus in the dark murky waters

Only seen as a whisper

Touch me tenderly

Love me with grace

It is with grace that the heart overflows

The words are yours to keep

Nothing else will remain after the moment is passed

her deep unfolding with you will settle into her heart and rest

You expect more of me

And I am all that I can be
