Meet me in the shadows, underneath the moon,
Where the moonlight rings and all the stars in the sky,
Meet me in the shadows.

Meet me in the shadows, under a cloudless sky,
Where the flowers may glitter and the grass may twitter,
Underneath the moon.

Meet me on the hill, where the moon is at its fullest,
Where the grasshoppers wings and wind tends to sing,
Meet me in the shadows.

On a starry night, with a great moonlight,
Meet me in the shadows.

Come and dance along with me,
Dance with me under the moon.
