Me, Myself And I (Experimental) Poem by R.K. Cowles

Me, Myself And I (Experimental)

I need to keep an eye
On Myself, because,
This kind of thing turns Me on

I need to keep Myself
Cleansed of filth
Most women would then find Me attractive

I have mad a salad
For Myself
The kind that satisfies Me

I shouldn't get ahead
Of Myself
A puzzled state would become of Me

I need to fix Myself
Straightness is best
For Me

I can see for Myself
No one needs to
Think for Me

I put Myself to sleep early
So there'll be
A refreshing Me in the morning

I can do it
For Myself
Exercising is good for Me

I lost Myself in a big city
Luckly a map was handy
To get Me out

I had Myself
In a bit of a bind yesterday
The knowledge of escapism got Me free

I laughed Myself so silly the other day
The pants on Me
Became wet

I climbed Myself to the top
Of the ladder, forgotten that heights
Frieghtens the heck out of Me

I need to look after Myself
And thrust the illness
Out of Me

I fed Me
So much that
Myself got bloated

I had made Myself
See what have bacame
Of Me

Choosing Myself the best
For me
So I can feel good

It has Me so frustrated
Of Myself
I have to become so angry

It has Me too much
I can't get a hold
Of Myself

It has Myself pinned
I can't get Me
To rise above it

I worked Myself to death
Now none of you
Will ever see Me again

Unless I can bring Me
To understand Myself
Will be back as a haunting
