Masks Poem by Juan Olivarez

Masks

You have your face,
For when you get up in the morning.
Your morning mask.

You have your face,
For the afternoons, around town.
Your Afternoon mask.

And you have a face, for happiness,
A mask.
And you have a face, for sadness,
A mask.

So many masks,
For different occasions and moods.

Human beings have,
A plethora of masks.
