Marooned Poem by Tony Kavuoti

Marooned

Sometimes, mostly during the holidays I go back home emotionally, I get marooned their, for a while, as if I am thirteen again, in the snow in front of the house in the street, with large snow piles all around me, I am telling my self this time I am going to make the long walk back and never come back here again.
