Man In The Moon Poem by Annette Aitken

Man In The Moon

Rating: 4.2

Man In The Moon

Come hail or rain or sleet or snow
outside is the place I'll always go
to look above the sky at night
to tell the moon and man my plight

My eldest child will always know
the promise I made a long time ago
for if I'm near or far away
the man in the moon will always convey

My love for you will never fade
and every time you glance his way
remember dad sends his love your way.

Nice, I think it's cool you write poems like this for others, I find myself doing the same thing, the joy another gets is so worth any effort, thanks for posting.
