Mama Poem by Bobby Butterfield

Mama

Mom i now were in the economic fight
the more we try we we'll get closer to the light
i know we got played
but please for me dont be afraid
i know your baby boo is away
but soon ill be on my way
i know i can be a prick most of the time
but you know i dont like to nickle and dime

your babys are doin fine
your boogie is goin to college
we both know he'll do fine
cause we know he has couarge and knowledge
beanie is soon to be miss.Graduate
and shell be numer one
I know its difficult that were all grown up
you know we'll always be your babys
You still have Boogie
You still have Beanie
and you still have your boo boo
we'll always love you mama
you cant bet your boddum dollar on that
thats a fact
just shake of the dust
and adjust
we love you mama
dont forget papa
